Introductory Yoga: 60min: Vinyasa class done at much slower pace to allow for questions/proper form. Basics are covered. (Note: if you are not brand new to yoga, please show respect to those who are)

Restorative Yoga: 60min: Vinyasa warm up. Incorporate more use of props. Majority of time spent on floor. Poses held for slower stretch/release. Studio tends to be warm since there is limited movement. Beginner to advanced welcome.

Nidra Yoga: 60min: guided relaxation done at room temperature. Pillows, blankets, slippers, eye masks, socks and sweats welcomed! Bring what makes you feel comfortable on the floor. OK if you fall asleep. Reinforcement of personalized goals and positive intentions. All welcome.

TIPS

Plan to have a small snack - based on your own metabolism - at least 1-3 hours before class.

Mats can be provided but plan to bring your own. Towels and water are required for Hot Yoga.

Every practice/class is different. Respect and recognize that you may feel stronger, more balanced, focused, or energized on some days more than others. Practice where your body allows that day.

Posted times on schedule for classes are the START times. Be prepared to arrive early (liability waivers for new attendees). The lobby WILL BE LOCKED when class starts.

Water is not sold on site. It can be purchased next door at Planet Smoothie or at Target in the same center. Water fountains are inside the studio.

Please avoid wearing any strong cologne, perfume, lotion, etc to class.
