Wellness is incorporated in the ever-changing physical, mental, and emotional states of an individual at any given moment. These states may change often but the focus ought to be whether you consistently proceed toward a higher level of wellness.

Anyone can learn to breathe and sense the changes within the body along with the moods/emotions that coincide. Meditation and Nidra Yoga assists in relaxation as well as restructuring your mindset. Please talk to me about getting your own CD!

 
  This 2-disc CD set (piece of mind) provides guided meditations accompanied by varied, slow, instrumental music.

Disc 1 includes:
1. An 8 min introduction explaining the rationale behind Nidra Yoga and the general routine.
2. An 8 min seated meditation focusing on breath awareness and release.
3. A 20 min meditation focusing more on relaxing each body part in succession with music continuing after the meditation is complete. (Perfect if you have trouble falling asleep).

Disc 2 includes:
A full 60 min Nidra Yoga session. The guided meditation is roughly 45 min in length and the music continues on for an additional 15 min.
