This 2-disc CD set (piece of mind) provides guided meditations accompanied by varied, slow, instrumental music. Disc 1 includes: 1. An 8 min introduction explaining the rationale behind Nidra Yoga and the general routine. 2. An 8 min seated meditation focusing on breath awareness and release. 3. A 20 min meditation focusing more on relaxing each body part in succession with music continuing after the meditation is complete.
